🔇 Inaudible Music

You cannot add music at a very low or inaudible volume just to get paid. The music must be a real, audible part of your video.

⛔️ Misusing Copyrighted Content

You cannot add our music to movie clips, TV shows, or sports highlights just to monetize them. Your content must be original.

Prohibited Activities:

  1. Misuse of Copyrighted Material: You may not add TuneSplit music to copyrighted or third-party content (e.g., movie clips, TV shows) to generate revenue.
  2. Inaudible or Minimal-Volume Music: Using music at extremely low volume levels solely to trigger Content ID is prohibited.
  3. Mixing Other Music: You must not overlay or combine TuneSplit music with any other unlicensed music in a monetized video.
  4. Non-Creative Use: Music must be used as part of genuine creative expression, not just added to a static image or blank video to generate profit.
  5. Reposting Content: Uploading identical or near-identical videos across multiple channels is forbidden.
  6. Operating Multiple Channels: You may not create numerous accounts to mass-upload content and manipulate the platform.
  7. Circumventing YouTube Systems: Any attempt to bypass or manipulate YouTube's Content ID system or monetization policies will result in immediate termination.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate and permanent account termination. All unpaid earnings will be forfeited.
